Middleweight Interior Designer required for maternity cover. We are based in West London and specialise in high-end residential projects across London. The ideal candidate for this role will have great supplier knowledge and be able to communicate confidentially with clients and contractors. Freelance applicants will also be considered.

We are based in Hammersmith and have been established for over a decade, this is a part time role to cover a period of maternity leave for one year beginning at the end of August. With a steady pipeline of projects we are seeking someone who has over 3 years’ experience in the high-end residential market and is able to hit the ground running. We are looking for an individual to work 3 days per week, working hours are 9am – 5.30pm.

Role & Responsibilities

To work alongside the current designer to deliver high-end residential projects, from concept to completion
To create and develop conceptual designs and proposals
To manage and understand the financial aspects of the company, including invoicing, VAT, bills etc.
Experience dealing with clients and contractors directly

Required Skills & Experience

3 years+ experience in the high-end residential market
Experience of running projects from concept to completion
Experience with dealing with clients and contractors, managing expectations/problem solving
AutoCAD and Photoshop experience required. Quickbooks knowledge is desired but not essential

What you get back

Salary range £15,000 - £21,000 per annum depending on experience.
12 days annual leave
